We understand that purchasing a bike is an important decision, which is why we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 14-day return policy gives you peace of mind, knowing that if you're not completely happy with your bike, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that the bike must be in like-new condition with no signs of wear and tear, and must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Any damage or missing parts may result in a reduced refund or exchange value.

We recommend having your bike serviced within the first 3 months of purchasing it, as this is typically when the bike requires some adjustment to settle into place. During this period, the mechanic will typically inspect and adjust various components of your bike, such as tightening bolts, testing brakes and gears to ensure they are working properly.
Regrettably, we don't cover the expense of your bike service nor any discounts through the suggested Service Network, as each store may offer different incentives for utilizing their services. Please kindly contact the store directly and discuss pricing and available services.
