ℹ Good to know
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays can happen, for example in extreme weather or when couriers are at capacity.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a Friday or over the weekend starts counting on the next business day.
  • Busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas may take longer — thank you for your patience.
  • Our courier partners deliver 95% of parcels within their own transit estimates.
  • Bikes arrive boxed and about 85% assembled.
