Once your order is prepared and ready for collection, we will inform you via email, providing all the essential details to facilitate a seamless pickup process. Please allow 1-3 business days for bicycle preparations and 1-2 business day for bicycle accessories only.

Local Delivery

For customers in most areas of the Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast, we offer a local delivery service. Our bicycles are delivered to your doorstep fully assembled and fine-tuned, meaning they are ready to ride as soon as they arrive.

Local delivery is typically completed within 5 business days. The local delivery fee range from only $14.99 to $24.99 based on your location. To check delivery fees and eligibility for your address, please refer to the cart page or checkout page.
