Our team works quickly to pack and dispatch orders promptly. If your order has not yet been packed, it should be possible for us to cancel it.

Each bike undergoes thorough tuning, inspection, and repackaging by our skilled mechanics to ensure quality and performance. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch. Orders for bicycle parts & accessories received by 2 pm AEST will typically be dispatched the following business day. During weekends, holidays, and high-order volume periods, processing and dispatch may take a bit longer. Nonetheless, we're dedicated to delivering your order promptly, understanding the importance of getting you back on the road or trail without delay.

For most areas in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich, our local delivery service would be just $9.99 or just $24.99 based on your location.

For other metro areas in Australia, the bicycle shipping cost is from $39.99 per bike. To check if your area is eligible for free delivery or obtain an accurate shipping cost, please refer to the cart page or checkout page.

For rural and remote areas, it may take longer and charge more on delivery fees. Please contact us by email if your destination is a rural and remote area to get detailed information.

For bicyle accessories and parts. Free standard shipping is available for over $60 on all small parcels (parts, accessories). Standard shipping and Express shipping methods are available to choose when check out. Please refer to our product page or check out page for details.

Only bicycle accessories and parts are available to PO boxes, locked bags and roadside mailboxes. We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver bicycles to PO boxes or locked bags.

For the Local delivery areas in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich, the shippment will take around 2 to 5 working days.

For other metropolitan areas, it would take around 2-7 business days by express shipping and 7-15 business days by standard shipping.

For rural and remote areas, it may take longer and charge more on delivery fees. Please contact us by email if your destination is a rural and remote area to get detailed information.

YES! We're pleased to offer Free Assembly service for most areas in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich! To check if your area is eligible for this service, please refer to the cart page or checkout page.

For other areas. We do not offer assembly services. However, the bike arrives 85% assembled in the box. Minor assembly needed; fine tuned and reboxed before shipping. Making it easy for you to complete the final assembly. Our manual or video instructions can provide you with the necessary guidance and assistance to complete the final assembly of the bike.

Upon dispatch, all orders will receive a tracking number and tracking link for your convenience.

Please be aware that a signature is required upon delivery of your order. Therefore, it is important to provide an address where someone will be available to sign for it. If you wish to authorize for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please provide specific details in the delivery instructions. However, please be advised that if you choose to have your parcel left at your premises, we cannot be held responsible if the parcel goes missing.

Unfortunately we do not ship bicycles, bicycle accessories or bicycle parts outside the country.
