Black Friday questions
How long do these prices last?
Flash prices apply while stocks last. Once a bike or size sells out, it's gone at this price.
How fast is delivery?
For metro areas and major regional centres in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from order, including 1–2 days for packing. WA, NT, TAS and remote areas take longer and vary by postcode. Please allow extra time during Black Friday.
Can I pick up my bike?
Yes. Free Click & Collect is available from our Hillcrest store in Brisbane. The SEAL Swift 29" is pick-up only and can't be shipped.
Will my bike arrive assembled?
Courier-delivered bikes arrive about 85% assembled in a bike box. Our Help Centre has assembly guides, and our team is happy to help.
Can I return a Black Friday bike?
Yes, our 30-day returns apply. See our refund policy for details.
