A few useful starting points.
What size bike do I need?
Start with the Size Guide on the product page for the bike you are considering. Wheel size alone does not determine fit. Our Wheel Size Guide explains 27.5-inch and 29-inch options. If you are between sizes or still unsure, contact us with your height and the model you are considering.
Can I collect my bike in Brisbane?
Yes. We have one pickup location, in Brisbane. Bikes collected locally are fully assembled by default. Choose pickup at checkout where available and wait for your ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling. We do not have pickup locations in other states.
When will my order be ready or arrive?
Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. Courier orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Busy periods and public holidays may take longer; we work to get orders ready as quickly as possible.
After dispatch, estimated transit time to metro areas in QLD, NSW, Victoria and the ACT is 2–5 days. Regional and remote areas take longer. Other destinations have different transit times. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; actual delivery depends on the courier and destination.

How much does delivery cost?

How much assembly will my bike need?
Courier-delivered bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. Depending on the model, you may need to fit or position the handlebar, front wheel, saddle or seatpost, pedals and reflectors. Follow the instructions for your specific bike in our assembly guides. Bikes collected in Brisbane are fully assembled by default.
Every bike needs a safety check before its first ride. If you assemble it yourself, we recommend having a local bicycle shop carry out a safety check before riding.

How often should I service my bike?
It depends on how often you ride and the conditions. We recommend a first service at around four months, sooner for frequent, wet, dusty, sandy, loaded or off-road use. A mechanic can recommend an ongoing schedule for your use. Our Bike Maintenance Guide explains home care and professional servicing. Do not wait for a scheduled service if something feels loose or does not work correctly.
How do I request warranty help?
Read our warranty policy, then submit the Warranty Claim Form. If you would like us to pay for or reimburse repairs or replacement parts, contact us before authorising the work or incurring costs. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
