Yes. We have one pickup location, in Brisbane. Bikes collected locally are fully assembled by default. Choose pickup at checkout where available and wait for your ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling. We do not have pickup locations in other states.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days — we’ll email you when yours is ready.

Courier delivery to metro areas and major regional centres in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA: estimated 2–5 business days from order to delivery (this includes 1–2 business days for us to check and pack your order).

WA, NT, Tasmania and remote areas take longer and vary by postcode — enter your postcode in the side cart or at checkout, or contact us for an estimate.

Couriers deliver on weekdays only, not on weekends or public holidays. Busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas may take longer.

You can also enter your delivery address at checkout; final available services and charges are confirmed there before you pay. If no rate is available for your address, or you need help, contact us.

Courier-delivered bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. Depending on the model, you may need to fit or position the handlebar, front wheel, saddle or seatpost, pedals and reflectors. Follow the instructions for your specific bike in our assembly guides. Bikes collected in Brisbane are fully assembled by default.

Every bike needs a safety check before its first ride. If you assemble it yourself, we recommend having a local bicycle shop carry out a safety check before riding.

It depends on how often you ride and the conditions. We recommend a first service at around four months, sooner for frequent, wet, dusty, sandy, loaded or off-road use. Any earlier service requirement in your bike or component instructions takes priority. A mechanic can recommend an ongoing schedule for your use. Do not wait for a scheduled service if something feels loose or does not work correctly.

Read our warranty policy, then submit the Warranty Claim Form. If you would like us to pay for or reimburse repairs or replacement parts, contact us before authorising the work or incurring costs. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
