I bought a mountain bike for my teen, I was so impressed to receive a txt 24 hours after I purchased online to say it was ready for pick up. Bike was assembled perfectly, bike parts, frame, Tyres, brakes all of a high quality. Price was a bargain for the quality of the bike, friendly service, fast and reliable. I will be purchasing our next bicycle from here! Have no hesitation to recommend anyone to try this brand.
I really have nothing to complain about Horaciobikes. I was looking for a second hand brand-name bike, but all of them were old, same sepcifications, and more expensive than a brand new Horaciobikes model. The bike was delivered, fully assembled by the friendly staff for a small fee. I was invited back for a free first service at their workshop too.
My new bike is amazing. I am glad my dad found out about Horacio bikes online. The staff are very helpful and let me test drive a few bikes in their parking lot and then built my bike for me in under 30 minutes even though we hadn't rung ahead. I have told my dad I want all my bikes to be Horacio bikes from now on.
Unreal! I am always sceptical about buying online and when I went through to a voicemail I expected it to be online only but to my surprise I was able to organise for the bike to be prepared and pay on pickup in store! Bike is better than Brand Name bikes I've ridden! It also has a lifetime warranty on the frame and 2 years on all parts! Cannot Recommend enough!
