This is a fantastic entry level mountain bike with features of bikes that are twice the price. I had been researching mountain bikes for a while and had been looking to buy second hand until I found Horacio Bikes. The specs, geometry and details of this bike are very close to other named brands that are twice the price and not much more than a second hand bike without the frustration.
So far, other than some small tuning on the derailleurs the bike has been fantastic. The sales and delivery of the bike was perfect and well communicated and arrived on time and it was excellent experience buying from Horacio Bikes.
It’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. The price is so competitive, and quality is great! They did a very good job! Ordering was flawless and shipping was fast! It does need some assembly when arrived but it was easy.
Awesome bike for our 7 year old. Great quality and looks great!
I haven't riden a bike in many years. So i wasnt really sure where to start when looking for the right bike for me. Horaciobikes came up when i was searching online and they had the 2026 Blaze Cues Hardtail MTB on sale. The team there were very patient while i was making up my mind trying to work out what size bike i would need. Anyway i got all of that sorted and ordered the bike that i wanted and it was delivered earlier than expected. It was easy to put together. I have been out now 3 times and its an awesome bike to ride.
My son is very happy with the bike
I bought this during a promotion at incredibly low price ($999) and surprisingly it was great. At $999 it has a torque sensor (an exclusive feature on high end models), kd126 screen, tektro hydraulic brakes, zoom suspension and Shimano shifter
Many other brands just don’t put torque sensor at this price point. The difference is real when you value how smooth the power delivery is compared to a cheap cadence sensor (on and off at full power). The kd126 screen is also great that it can display the true bike speed. Even well known brands like king meter 125 display never show you the real speed above the assistance speed so you never see speed above 25kmh
The customer service was excellent. I went into the store and got all the questions explained. The man is very knowledgeable and honest.
Highly recommend this store to anyone.
Great bike. Came well package. Got the red one for my son. He loves it.
I recently had a minor drivetrain issue with my Horacio Blaze Cues 29er and realised it may still be covered by warranty. I contacted the company and received a quick reply requesting some additional info, pics & video to assist problem solving and progress the claim which I promptly supplied. The service dept generously offered to ship me the parts required to easily repair the bike which was appreciated due to the distance I live from the company. I know they would have completed the repair for me if it was to my convenience. I wasn't really expecting such a positive outcome. These guy's really do stand behind their product. The bike is as good as new again and I really have done a lot of riding on it. Thanks Horaciobikes !
Great bike. Excellent value for money. You cannot get a bike with these features at this price. Horaciobikes were easy to deal with. Fast postage and promptly answered few questions i had. Highly recommend.
Ordered for my wife after her previous bike stolen (Gazelle). Bike is great quality and value. She is getting more assistance and distance from each charge compared to her previous Bosch mid drive, operates flawlessly. Seat post (suspension) is just long enough for her height (178cm). The sport positioning on the bike took her a bit of getting used to given there is no headstem adjustment possible (compared to sit up position of Gazelle). Very happy with this purchase.
Well built and seems solid. Going great after a few months of heavy use.
Great quality, great customer service. Very happy! In fact, the bike is much nicer than we were expecting. Very impressed.
Very good value for money, kids love the bikes and they look great!
great bike and fast deliver, thumbs up!
The instore service before I purchased, communications by online staff and delivery if my bike were seamless. The bike arrived late last week and I am really enjoying riding it
Great service and product. My son is happy! 🙂
Great service. Quick delivery and quality bike that was easy to assemble. My son was very happy on his birthday
Happy with the bike, quality looks great especially for the price point.
Fast delivery too.
Really happy with bike, rides well, great price and service.
I'm really pleased with my Horacio Serenio bike. The automatic gearbox and electric motor work perfectly together for a comfortable ride. The battery range is very good, suitable for long touring rides. For the price, this quality and specification is great value. The Horacio people were very helpful, and made the purchase and delivery very easy. I recommend the company as safe to deal with online, and product quality. I dealt with them online, in person and via phone.
Excellent bike, just what my daughter wanted. The delivery arrived in rural NSW in 4 days from Queensland with regular updates - impressive.
Ripper bike. Little fella loves it!
