The bike was provided exactly as advertised, and very well tuned for use. Andy was also very helpful in assisting with me taking the bike in a small car, and the following reassembly. All round excellent service.

Easy assembly of the bike was one of the most important part of the bike when it arrived and knowing that it is safe to ride, online transaction through paypal went without a hitch, bike arrived in a secure box with plenty of packing and not a scratch on the bike. Customer service was very good and sent them a thank you after the bike was completed. VERY HAPPY.

The shop assistant is very friendly and helpful. They send me the document immediately after I put my order online to helo me apply the QLD e-mobility rebate programe. They also have retailer store in QLD and allow you to try and test the bike physically. Overall, the cost-effective is pretty good as they use high-quality part.

We spend an hours to chose between 3 bike . The saker was so patient especially with teens client. My son enjoy the bike and do the ride every day ! With us so excited as he can only do biking now!

Unbelievable - honestly cannot believe the quality of the bike, the free lock and free bottle holder. Especially not for the price - I have bought bikes that cost triple this that had to be put together myself - for this one to arrive assembled is unreal. Courier is an intelligent, forward thinking, lovely man.
Really happy,I do fifo and Lulu was very understanding that I would not be able to inspect the bike for a few weeks.
